We offer a mix of brands across established national brands, international brands, luxury brands, and emerging labels and designers.
I think women today are ready to be inspired and shop in a way that trulyinspires them. It’s less about discounts and more about trend and quality.
This is mirrored in our mission statement -
Inspiring Indians, both men and women to make fashion & lifestyle choices that best suit them.– Adwaita Nayar, CEO, Nykaa Fashion
What sets us apart
While we offer a wide range of products, we place strong emphasis on curation. We identify fashion-forward brands, vetting for style and quality, and further select styles within these brands to offer. We also place importance on selling full-price products, reducing reliance on discounting, and selling the latest season’s designs. In addition, we use digital content, personalized mobile application experiences and proprietary recommendation algorithms, to build differentiated style-driven, discovery-led experiences for consumers.
The Faces Behind Fashion
The Nykaa Fashion family has members from 30 Indian cities and there arethree things that each of them have in common.
They bring an extraordinary amount of it to the table
They have an inextinguishable hunger to take on new challenges
They do it all while treating each other with the utmost amount ofkindness and respect
A phrase that we use frequently around the office is Be Bold But BeGood. Take on new challenges, be audacious in your thinking but alwaysremember to be thoughtful, honest, kind and humble.

The Joys of the journey
We thoroughly enjoyed the process of building Nykaa beauty and it’sthe same with Nykaa Fashion. More than the end goal, it’s aboutpiecing something together, delighting customers and buildingmemories with our team mates every day. This is something that I’velearnt through C P Cavafy’s poem Ithaka, which my mother and Iconstantly go back to.– Adwaita Nayar, CEO, Nykaa Fashion
As you set out for Ithaka hope the voyage is a long one, full of adventure, fullof discovery. Laistrygonians and Cyclops, angry Poseidon- don't be afraidof them: you'll never find things like that on your way as long as you keepyour thoughts raised high, as long as a rare excitement stirs your spirit andyour body. Laistrygonians and Cyclops, wild Poseidon- you won't encounterthem unless you bring them along inside your soul, unless your soul sets them upin front of you. May there be many a summer morning when, with what pleasure, what joy, you come into harbors seen for the first time; may you stop atPhoenician trading stations to buy fine things, mother of pearl and coral, amberand ebony, the sensual perfume of every kind- as many sensual perfumes as youcan; and may you visit many Egyptian cities to gather stores of knowledge fromtheir scholars. Keep Ithaka always in your mind. Arriving there is what you aredestined for. But do not hurry the journey at all. Better if it lasts for years,so you are old by the time you reach the island, wealthy with all you havegained on the way, not expecting Ithaka to make you rich. Ithaka gave you themarvelous journey. Without her, you would not have set out. She has nothing leftto give you now. And if you find her poor, Ithaka won't have fooled you.Wise as you will have become, so full of experience, you will have understood bythen what these Ithakas mean.
