Warli is one of the oldest forms of Indian folk art and has its origins in the Warli region of Maharashtra. The Warli art is based on the concept of Mother Nature and the elements of nature are often kept in focus. These extremely simple paintings use a basic graphic vocabulary - a circle, a triangle and a square. Many artisans outside of the tribal community have been fascinated with this art form and have incorporated it in their work. We at VarEesha, also got inspired by this beautiful art form and designed our earthen Brown Warli collection around it. This premium glazed ceramic collection has a number of accessories that will add a fresh perspective to your dining. Hand crafted by master craftsmen of India; this Brown Warli Ceramic Handis Set is a part of this beautiful series from VarEesha that features Warli motifs on earthen mud brown shade. The set contains two ceramic handi shaped serving bowls with lids which are microwave and dishwasher safe. The bowls measure 5x3 inches in diaxh and have a capacity of 500 ml each. Every piece is uniquely hand painted and thus there could be slight variation in the shade and pattern.
