The Kadhai is made in the finest quality of triply stainless steel. The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel.
It uses 20% less oil than normal cookware. Stahl cookware is the only triply cookware that boasts of investment cast, ergonomic handles that are a perfect grip in your hands. The heatproof handles ensure that your hands don’t feel the heat. The kadai’s seamlessly rounded edges enable a spill proof, smooth pour.
