whn customer receves a parcel expects a new product..looked so crumpled no ironing looked worn out. disappointment with nykaa .wish to sue them on cheating customer. i hv taken other colours same product from other platforms.so sat & compared quality. why so wrinkled! high priced ..cant u iron d product befre dispatch! take it up in consumer court i felt
