Tge earrings seem to have an inherent design and quality defect and despite a repkaxement the prioblem persisted, in fact the next pair was worse. sadly, it was apparent no QC is done from thebbeand befire sending products out. Very disappointed. On top of that Nykaa charges us handling and other fee for buying such products! And amazingly, we have no option available to write a feddback back returning the product, only pics. They want clean chits everywhere! There should be a policy in place for such orders as well..policy that's also fair to the customer. The eaaribgs are not expensive and i kbow i will fet a refund.....just frappy experience from Pipa Bella and Nykaa Fashion, is all
