Aas is a sheer cover-up in lightweight cotton mul, the very fine loose-woven cotton that reads almost translucent in daylight, cut short and close with no print anywhere so the transparency is the whole point of it. The neckline is a wide square that sits low and well clear of the collarbone, and the back is cut deep and open behind it. The sleeves are full and billowy through the arm, then gathered into a narrow banded cuff at the wrist finished with a fine silver trim, which is the only decoration anywhere on the piece. The hem stops at the top of the thigh. It is genuinely see-through rather than semi sheer, which is why it comes with its own contrast Bandhani-printed tie-up bralette with a sweetheart neckline, made to be worn underneath it. There is no lining anywhere in the cover-up itself. Individually tailored by hand and finished ready to wear.
