Mishti is a fitted kurti in 100% cotton, hand block printed with a detailed grid of hexagonal medallions filled with florals, dots and fine leafy borders, worked in cream across a deep mustard yellow ground. The tiling runs continuously over the body and down the full-length sleeves, so the geometry reads as one surface rather than as separate motifs. The neckline is a clean square, panelled seams shape the body through the waist, and a concealed side zip lets you get into it. The back is drawn together with a laced corset panel you tighten to your own shape. Because every block is placed by hand, the grid steps very slightly out of register where the panels meet, and that is the mark of the craft rather than a flaw. The cotton stays breathable in real heat. Individually tailored by hand and finished ready to wear. There is no lining.
