The new, colorful bracelets in the Classic Collection are made from recycled PET bottles and have a cork lining. This is how Mondaine continues its commitment to sustainable production. The quick-change system makes it easy to swap out the electric-orange-colored bracelet in order to change the look of the watch and the outfit again and again. The elegant, puristic case made of cracked stainless steel with hands and indexes in the same tone remains true to the original design. The iconic 40mm dial is protected by hardened mineral glass. Design art at its best and a true classic: developed in 1944 by SBB for the train station, brought to the wrist by Mondaine in 1986 as the Official Swiss Railways Watch. Unchanged since then, this watch is not a status symbol, but a statement. The straight lines are inspired by the Bauhaus and stand for clarity and sustainability. Quite simply: the Swiss original.
