Dear Team , I work in evening timings , your delivery manager called me both timed at post 8 pm while I was in client call so I could not pick up. When i called back twice it did not reach the delivery partner and there there was no way to contact him to let him know my availability. Even if delivery partner has knocked on door instead of calling exchange would have happened as my family was present .Then from 21st to 29th I went of vacation. See if any thing can be done
