NYKAA FASHION MARKETPLACE PACKAGING POLICY

This is with reference to all current engagements of Sellers on Marketplace Module with Nykaa Fashion Limited (formerly known as “Nykaa Fashion Private Limited”) (“Company”). For clarity, all other references to “you” or “your” in this communication refers to seller entity.

With effect from 2nd February 2024 below costs would be applicable for each new purchase order for relevant packaging material (and applicable GST which shall be payable in addition), for all packaging material procured for Orders placed for your Products (on the Online Store):

*Rates set out above are excluding GST (which is additionally payable).

*Above rates shall be subject to a 10% year on year increase (i.e. next applicable from 1st April 2025).

* Rates are subject to change by the Company from time to time upon such intimation.

Company reserves its rights to exercise charges / penalty of INR 100/- for any failure and default in compliance with this policy. Company also reserves the right to pursue legal recourse, including filing civil or criminal charges or claims, in the event of breach of its intellectual property.
