On purchase during the Pink Friday Sale ("Event"), the customer(s) may be entitled to free gifts / Gift Vouchers at the discretion of Nykaa.
The free gifts are only valid for the Event and may not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
Free gifts/Gift Vouchers will always be automatically accrued to you when you meet the criteria for participation in the Event.Assorted free gift(s) will be provided on a random basis at Nykaa’s sole discretion.
Only one free gift / Gift Voucher will be issued per order during the Event.
All free gift(s) / Gift Vouchers with purchase are on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last.
If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualifies for a free gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with the purchased item is also returned,with original packaging. In the event the gift is not returned with the purchased items, Nykaa reserves the right to deduct the MRP of the free giftfrom your refund.
The free gift(s)/Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, and also cannot be substituted with any other item, cash or credit.
Gift Vouchers will be issued to the customers, once the return window to return the product is over, by an registered email ID provided by the customer. Gift Vouchers may contain terms and conditions of use, the customers are required to follow such terms of use of the Gift Vouchers.If the customer provides the wrong email ID, Nykaa shall not be responsible for not receiving gift vouchers.
Only one Gift Voucher can beredeemed against a single order.
Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for Cash or any credit can be issued against any unused Gift Vouchers.
The Gift Voucher does not cover delivery charges, packaging charges, convenience fee, tip amount or any other extra charges applicable for order processing. These charges would still be payable additionally after applying the Gift Voucher.
If the order value is greater than the Gift Voucher the customer is required to pay a differential amount. However, if the order value is less than the Gift Voucher then the Gift Voucher stands redeemed in entirety and the balance unused amount stands lapsed automatically.
Nykaa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Please check this Terms and Conditions (Free Gifts/Promotions) section before placing orders and/or regularly for any material updates.
In the event of any disparity and dispute, the final decision shall always be Nykaa’s prerogative.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize i.e.Free gifts/Gift Vouchersbeing awarded or received will be the responsibility of the customer.
Nykaa makes no representation or warranty in relation to free gifts provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law Nykaa shall have no liability to you in relation to any free gifts, its fitness for purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
By entering the Event, the customer indemnifies Nykaa against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by Nykaa in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the customer of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the customer herein.
These Terms and Conditions for the Events are governedby the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusivejurisdiction to deal with any matter arising thereof.

1. U.S. Polo – IPhone 15, 128 GB

Offer : The top spender with the maximum total amount spent in the U.S. Polo products during the Offer Period may be eligible to receive 1 (one) iPhone 15, 128GB (color choice subject to availability). Terms & Conditions apply.
1. Offer Period : The offer will be valid only for fully paid U.S. Polo orders placed through the Nykaa Fashion app or website (“Online Store”) during the designated Offer Period.
2. Eligibility : This offer is exclusively for the top spender on U.S. Polo merchandise during the Offer Period, based on total qualifying spends. The offer will apply only to purchases of U.S. Polo products. If other brands are included in the order, only the value of the U.S. Polo items will count towards eligibility, and the minimum spend on U.S. Polo products must be ₹24,999.
3. Restrictions on Order Adjustments : The offer will not be applicable in cases of order cancellations, part cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Any adjustments that lower the order value below the qualifying spend after the offer period may disqualify the customer from eligibility.
4. Determining Top Spender : The iPhone 15 will be awarded to the single top spender of U.S. Polo products during the specified offer period. In the event of a tie, Nykaa will select the winner based on additional internal criteria. Nykaa’s decision regarding the top spender and winner will be final and binding.
5. Free Gift Delivery : The iPhone 15 for the winning customer will be dispatched only after December 15, 2024.
6. Return Policy for Free Gift : If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualifies for this offer, the free gift (iPhone) must also be returned in original condition and packaging. Failure to return the free gift along with the eligible items may result in a deduction of the iPhone’s MRP from the customer’s refund.
7. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable : The free iPhone 15 is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item. The winner cannot transfer the entitlement of the iPhone to another person or exchange it for an alternative product.
8. Specifications and Availability : The color and specifications of the iPhone 15 are subject to availability. The final color and model will be in Nykaa and the U.S. Polo’s discretion. The winner does not have the option to choose the specifications of the iPhone.
9. Tax Liability : Any tax obligations, including duties or levies related to receiving the free gift are the responsibility of the customer.
10. No Warranty or Representation on Free Gift : Nykaa makes no warranty regarding the quality, fitness, or merchantability of the iPhone. Any issues, defects, or warranty claims on the free iPhone 15 will be the responsibility of the manufacturer, not Nykaa or U.S. Polo.
11. Modifications and Amendments : Nykaa and U.S. Polo reserve the right to amend or discontinue the offer or its terms at any time without prior notice. Customers should review the terms regularly for updates on Nykaa’s website or app.
12. Dispute Resolution : In case of disputes or disagreements related to this offer, Nykaa’s decision will be deemed final and binding. All disputes arising out of or connected with this offer will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Minimum Purchase Requirement : The offer is applicable on orders of ₹20,000 and above.
