Since the made to order product is specially made for you it may take some time to make it depending upon the work or prints on the product

Once the product is ready, our brand partners ship it to Nykaa Fashion Quality Center

Quality Check

The Nykaa Fashion team then performs a thorough quality check to ensure our customers get the best quality products. In case any product does not meet our stringent quality requirements, the defective pieces are sent back to the brand and the brand dispatches a new product to our warehouse.

Dispatch

After products pass our quality check measures, they are sanitised, packed and handed over to our delivery partners

Delivery

Our delivery partners then deliver the products to you as soon as possible
