The product is good but the packaging was worst. And I received a hair clip as a gift but the way it was put with heels was very bad. Nykaa team if you give gifts with whatever product at least send it in a proper way. The hair clip was put inside one of the heel. I.e. not ever wrapped in anything. Very disappointed with the packaging. I’ll give 0/10 points for the packaging.
