I received a product in a different color than what I ordered. When I attempted to return it immediately, Nykaa refused to process the return, claiming that the quality check had not been fulfilled. I don’t understand how they can refuse the return when the wrong color was delivered. I feel cheated. As a regular buyer on the Nykaa platform, I expect better service. If my return is not accepted and my money is not refunded, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the consumer forum. I will also refrain from making any future purchases from Nykaa.
