This pair is a story teller on its own. Inspired by Rajasthani architecture, Jharokhas were built as small windows during the Pardah System. In the olden times, queens and princesses were not allowed to sit with the public, so during festivities they used to watch the events from behind these decorative jharokhas that were often made in marble and decorated with mirrors.
