This pack contains 34-36 pieces of white double-sided body tape or fashion dressing tape. This tape is sweat proof, water proof, one size fits all, safe to use directly on the skin, and can be worn for 8-10 hours. How to apply and remove the tape: 1. Clean and dry your skin first. 2. Peel the liner and place the tape in your desired body location. 3. Peel the 2nd liner and fit the tape to the inner edge of your clothes. Press it gently with your hands to ensure proper sticking to the clothes as well as your skin. 4. Do not remove for readjustment. 5. Do not re-apply the used product. 6. After use, slowly peel the tape away from your skin, and then remove the tape from the clothes. 7. Dispose of the used product responsibly.
