Top Trimmed Cylinder Black Planter

The Top Trimmed Cylinder Planter is a straight-walled cylindrical planter - eleven centimetres across, ten tall, with vertical ridges running the full height and a thin metallic trim at the rim. Where the Contoured Planter has a slight outward curve, the Cylinder is straight up and down, giving it a more architectural read. In sea green, the glaze pools in the ridge grooves and lifts on the ridges. The colour is even, slightly cool, and reads green from any angle - not blue-leaning, not jade. The metallic top edge picks up light along the rim, finishing the cylindrical body with a clean bright line. Drainage is built in. A note on how it's made. Each Top Trimmed Cylinder Planter is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand. Small variations in ridge depth and glaze pooling are part of how a handmade ceramic looks.
