Application:

-After cleansing and drying your skin, protect your nipples with Pasties/Nipple covers

-Cut the tape to your breast size, lift your breast with one hand, and gently apply the tape using the other while peeling the liner

-Pat it down to secure, and avoid readjustment or reusing the product

Removal:

-Cover the tape with coconut oil or lotion, allowing it to soak for 15 minutes

-Gradually peel it away from your skin, adding more oil if necessary; don't rip it off abruptly
