the customer care team is irresponsible and not supportive . After calling for a return of a product like 15-20 times they said the return can't be proceed. Firstly they ask me to send pictures which i shared . Every time they mention some issue or the other . Last time they mentioned they cannot proceed the return. so if you cannot resolve customer issue why you kept this customer care. This is the 1st time I 'm returning a product from nykaa fashion and i had horrific experience. I fill not buy a single thing from here nor recomend anyone my friends, family anyone to buy from here. Horrible experience Horrible customer service.
