nykaa at its worst
they sent me a swimming costume... it was so so right that I didnt even try getting into it but they did not take it back deslite my surfacing screenshots where it was mentioned the lroduct had a 7 dayreturn then ingot this product. i had clearly ordered the black and white kaftan wrap. i have pics of my order....and yet because it became out of stock for them (i saw on website after i received the order) they sent me the beige one...and guess what...the day I received it..it was already showing replacement period over rhe last time i ordered ....after waiting for 2 weeks....the entire order.was cancelled nykaa is on its way to a self created ruin a d very franklt it deserves it. i am never shopping nykaa again
